Pistachio Kulfi 🍦- It is an amazingly popular frozen dairy dessert from the Indian subcontinent, often described as “traditional Indian ice cream”. There probably isn’t a right word to do justice to the great taste of Kulfi. It has a base similar to ice cream, which is rich and creamybut much dense and solid without air whipped into it. The adding of pistachio creates a sweet earthy flavour. Once you bathe it in your mouth, it surely wins your heart! #lofadam
